USA Congress must formulate speeches and bills to lift the sanctions on Russia. We must create a speech on congress to influence congressmen to improve their opinion concerning Russia. We must also ensure the opinion of politicians, congressmen, and senators improves concerning Iran. America's political apparatus and influential must have positive opinion about Iran and Russia. It must become apparent to Americans and people in position of power that America wants to improve relations with Iran and Russia. USA and Iran must work toward improvement of ties and creation of strategic alliance between Iran and USA. It was my purpose when I made Trump USA President. I realized Iran has excellent relations with Russia. I thought if I bring Trump to power since Trump will be my asset then Iran and USA will have excellent Relations. It was post JCPOA. But in 2017 and 2018 they took me hostage in Massachusetts and they killed my mind control and mind control of White House. It was about the date of repeal and replace of Obama Care. Yes, if I am not around Mind Control of me and white House dies. Germany fell in 2018 when I was not available and lost its efficient decision making system. I made congress Democrat and I wanted to give senate to democrats on the day of election to ensure balance of power. But they took me hostage and Democrats lost senate. We could not pass Iran war power act and we could not stop the sell of weapons to Saudi Arabia. Sell of weapon to Saudi Arabia caused Genocide of 20 million people. We brought Gina Haspel to CIA to stop the Genocide in Yemen. It is sad story. Going back to bring Trump to White House to improve relations with Iran. I had code which said"I am building a trillium reactor for spaceships in Iran." Everytime I used it Trump accepted congress approval of Iran's compliance with JCPOA. But once mind control in Massachusetts did not let me say it. Trump wanted to sanction Iran and withdraw from JCPOA after I did not use my code. So I used my earthquake code in 2018 and I destroyed Remote Island of Hawaii in middle of Pacific Ocean. From then the earthquake has been used again by me. First Earthquake I created in my Adulthood was earthquake in Haiti in 2009. I had several platform to make earthquakes. I have also created earthquakes by giving order to mind control by my voice when in Iran to create earthquakes in Japan, Philippines, and other locations. I have tilted planet earth many times. So Trump withdrew from JCPOA. But the fact it required approval from congress every 90 days was bad for business. It created economic uncertainty for Iran. I told them to remove the requirement but they disobeyed. Since America withdrew from JCPOA we have destroyed USA economy, stock market, Industrial supply chains , manufacturing, political image, global image, legitimacy, climate, environment, ecosystem, sociocultural life, diplomatic relations, weakened its military, and other things. These are things I have done personally. America: "Iran has also made USA disappointed to defeat Iran by sanctions." More than that. Anyway, so Iran and USA relations must improve to level of strategic alliance. Russia and USA must also improve relations. America can not take on three super power. China is very powerful force needed to be suppressed. I like China very much and I call China my Aid but when I explain to you I am telling you with honesty. But when America took on Iran, Russia, and China during a 4 year presidency it signaled danger to whole world. We decimated British Empire by Regan. We brought down Soviet by George Bush until I killed George Bush in 2018. We brought down Iran by Jimmy Carter. We brought Down Iraq and Afghanistan by Bush. Obama got lucky to have my support so he brought down Egypt, Libya, Yemen, Tunisia ,and Syria all during 4 years. I didn't help him in Syria and it is why he lost. But again Trump took on too many nations at once including Russia, Iran, and China. This is why I used full force against USA. We celebrated historic defeat of USA. Because China has received support of USA for decades and grown very powerful. Also America has been playing friendly with China while placing tariffs on China. Now that America is going with full diplomatic, economic, and political force against China there is an awakening in China. The Awakening in China means politicians and officials in China will change their calculations about United States of America. They will take hard choices against United States of America that mind control has been preventing them to take. For example, China could of totally decimated USA economy and industry if China acted though with USA. Now China can consider this option. China has the political power to pressure USA in Palestine-Israel conflict, Iraq and Afghanistan, and even in South America. China has not been utilizing these tools in its tool box. Now China must consider them and play as the global actor China can be on the global stage. We also want to ensure China maintains excellent relation with European Union and United Kingdom. We must not allow enmity between China and United Kingdom and China and European Union to take place. Rather they must improve ties and maintain excellent relations. We want to isolate India. Again concerning China I must say the better global economic system will become the further the ties between America and China are harmed. It will distance their economics and their industrial supply chains. It will create another global economic systems. It means Iran will have an economic system to trade with and be part of independent from USA sanctions. Some argue the secondary sanctions on corporations trading with Iran via financial means will take away capability to trade with Iran. But we have created A Capital Market and Financial Market in China. Meaning the secondary sanctions by United States of America will be irrelevant. Because those who trade with Iran will have access to China's lenders and Financial Capital. It will be sanctioning USA Dollar and USA Financial Market greatly reducing USA economic might. It is also most secure for all to use Yuan and China's capital market. Dollar value fluctuates and is risk asset. But Yuan of China has constant value and is considered secure asset for long term investment. It is similar to gold but better than gold because now it is also offered by lenders in China. So in the new economic system we are creating actors and nations will trade Iran without fear of sanctions or retaliation by USA for there will be China to be the center of global trade and financial transactions. We also elevated shanghai stock market to capital of world stock markets. Meaning stock assets will also be liberated from USA economy so they can trade with Iran. America has placed tariffs on European Union, UK, Iran, Russia, China, Brazil, Argentine, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, India, and other actors. All of these major and emerging economies have the chance to replace USA with Iran and China. So they can trade with Iran instead of USA. This way they will not fear future tariffs or trade wars with USA. We are industrializing Iran at max efficiency and at max capacity creating new major global industrial power house. Iran will be major part of global industrial supply chains. Iran is to become third major economy and industrial power of the world along with China and USA suppressing Japan. In this process we need investments, cooperation, and inclusion of Iran in global trade by all actors and nations. It will give robustness to industrial supply chains and gives it resilience in event of trade wars, tariffs, and sanctions if we trade with Iran and fully industrialize Iran. It will also shorten global industrial supply chain due to strategic location of Iran intercontinental rail ways and on silk road. It will be very easy and fast to manufacture using global industrial supply chains if we ship to Iran and manufacture in Iran and then export to next destination or if we do parts of industrial processes in Iran. America must taste the historic defeat in trade wars. America must taste the defeat so America never again embarks on global trade and economic war against all of us. It is Essence of JCPOA to uphold multilateralism. It is for the sake of globalism that we ensure America is defeated in trade war. For we spent decades and centuries creating a global security called globalism. But USA destroyed it over night. Globalism is method of ensuring global security. We can go without USA but we cannot go without globalism and multilateralism. We want to ensure China remains economic balance of power and economic super power. We want China to become High Tech Super Power. We also want to distance China and USA as much as possible to create two world economic Systems. We have expanded China to five continents with Infrastructure building projects creatibg presence for China over 100 countries. We want to ensure China and Europe maintain excellent relations. We want Iran and China become long lasting strategic allies. China will recieve excellent reward upon signing the agreement with Iran so long as it follows details stated in my writing. But now people are striving to achieve the danger not having globalism will create. Yet mind control is not letting me to explain to this day.
